  • Direct and coordinate the work of creative, editorial, and marketing teams to deliver thought leadership, sales-enablement collateral, event and sponsorship strategies, multimedia content, and other marketing assets
  • Design, implement, and manage digital communication platforms – including websites, e-marketing templates, and intranet sites – to support firmwide brand awareness, internal communication, and business development efforts
  • Lead Promontory’s brand and marketing integration with IBM, collaborating on the development of joint messaging and go-to-market strategies to integrate Promontory’s standalone brand and differentiated point-of-view into global, cross-media campaigns for the newly formed IBM Watson Financial Services business unit
  • Develop and support the execution of integrated sponsorship, conference, and event strategies, including budget and contract management, event planning, audience generation, exhibit and environmental branding, and lead tracking activities
  • Support firmwide internal communications activities, including the development of communication plans to facilitate change management initiatives and the production and distribution of employee newsletters and training materials
